If Loki or Doom can neutralise Black Bolt at the start, The Cabal stomp.
Reed is pretty useless here- The Hood could take him down at the hight of his demon powers (or now with the Norns), Emma and Xavier go go at it telepathically, Xavier would win, but Emma would buy her team enough time for one of the other to come in and KO X.

Doom or Loki would be ideal to take out Strange, but as it's recent Strange, they both stomp on him.
Doom can beat Stark with magic...
The most important fight imo would be Doom or Loki vs Black Bolt, who could level most of the Cabal pretty easily if he's not dealt with immediately.
No way. She's owned Xavier in the past, and I think after a long battle, the other members of the winning team have settled down with popcorn to watch their fight, Emma finally gets the better of Xavier, he's down, then goes and either celebrates with the cabal or takes out the illuminati.
