Hawkeye, Taskmaster and Punisher vs Nightwing, Green Arrow and Robin.

Robin is Tim.
GA is Ollie.
Hawkeye is Clint.

bout 1. Both teams have 24 hours prep.
bout 2. Random encounter with standard gear.
bout 3. Batman joins the DC squad, and Tchalla joins the Marvel squad and runs scenerio 1 and 2.

Well, team one seems to have a major advantage. None of team two is a match for Taskmaster (well, Nightwing with prep can probably come up with something), and Robin is a match for no-one on team one.

Robin can give Frank a decent fight.

Team 1 has the overall better squad and IMO better prep too.
I know bat-prep is supposedly crazy but it never really does anything that impressive in a combatative sense whilst the other team have pym particles, holographic projectors, trick arrows and some other crazy stuff (punisher recently had klaw's hand for example).

You add in the other 2 combatants and the gaps in each scenario widen, BP will beat bruce in combat & is a far better prep artist.
