Saint Walker isn't strong himself but can pretty much double Hal's power, as well as heal and do some other stuff. Atrocius is pretty darn powerful but purely destructive and not as varied. Star Sapphire's similar to a skilled GL with some other minor abilities, and Indigo-1 can copy other lantern's powers, heal people who feel great empathy, and make people experience pain they've delt.
