Spiderman vs Roland Cox and 2 Paladins (Redux)
Okay, let's try this again...
Because of a screw-up, Mary Jane finds herself in the crosshairs of Roland Cox and his Paladin buddies.
The Jumper in question has red hair, and brown eyes, and has given Roland the slip. Roland doesn't see the screw-up, thinking that MJ is the Jumper.
The following day, Mary Jane is ambushed inside her home by Roland and five Paladins. Tethered to the wall, Mary Jane is helpless as Roland approaches, knife in hand.
Mary Jane: Why?! Why are you doing this?!
Roland: Because you are an abomination. Only God should have the power to be in all places at once.
Before Roland could gut MJ, Roland finds his knife yanked away by some webbing and impaled into the farthest wall.
Spiderman has appeared, and not a moment too soon. Beneath the mask, he clearly has a 'Touch-MJ-and-die' look on his face.
Three of the Paladins attack, only to be knocked out cold by the pissed-off web-slinger, leaving only two behind.
Roland: (brandishes stun baton) This has nothing to do with you. You will die along with her.
Spiderman: Not today.
Roland's remaining Paladins encircle Spiderman. Then they attack at once.

Mattie, there are no jumpers, MJ is being mistaken for a jumper. As if Roland would make that mistake in the first place.
Spidey wastes them in five seconds.

3 Jumpers against Spidey? Hell, Rice Bowl and Griffin could take Spidey. Griffin could solo Spidey.

Griffin could jump out of Spideys sight, to friggin Egypt, jump back and Grab Spidey, jump him into a volcano, or drop him from 10000 feet.

If yes - Spider-man would move around, by the time Griffin ports back from Egypt to where he thought Spider-man was, Spider-man would no longer be in the same spot. The Spider-sense would give him precog of the incoming port, and Griffin would receive a swift punch that will take his head off.
If no - then, Griffin would unlikely do the "port to a volcano" thing as you are suggesting. Rather he would try to blitz Spider-man with a series of ports and maybe land a hit on Spider-man, which would have no effect. In return, again Griffin would receive a swift punch that will take his head off.
Add a few more Jumpers, that have prep and have extremely good team work, and they have the potential to win.
There's always a split second between Spidey realizing the danger, then reacting to it.
Griffin could jump hundreds of miles away, then jump to a vantage point a few 100 feet from Spidey, wait til Spidey has his back turned, then jump in and grab him. Griffins jumps are near instant.
Hell, Griffin could jump away and come back with a minigun. You think Spidey would be able to dodge minigun fire?

OK, the mini gun is a bad example, make it an M4 rifle. He handled a flamethrower well enough.
But Griffins main power is being able to leap anywhere, take that away, and we have the gimp of the century.
Spider man cannot teleport.

Fine, so Griffin goes FOOMP FOOMP FOOMP.......FOOMPFOOMPFOOMPFOOMPFOOMPFOOMPFOOMPFOOMP, all over the place, faster than Spidey can follow him, then FOOMP's in, grabs Spidey, then drops him into a volcano.
FOOMP= the sound when he Teleports.
