Some of the symbiotes have venom themselvs, the last time someone injected Venom with poison he asked for seconds, not sure about Carnage though.

It not poison it type of electrical attack which can paralyze individuals for short amount of time. And it do literally nothing to some one of carnage level of damage soak.

Probably on Spider-Man's level and above Captain America's healing factor, so not as good as Carnage's but still something.

Carnage's healing factor is impressive, especially considering that the symbiote is part of his bloodstream as opposed to Venom. I reckon that Carnage could re-heal severed limbs and body parts as opposed to Venom.
