Atum is skyfather level at most and is about thors size, he looks like silver surfer but brown. demogorge is far more powerful and much larger

if he is abstract level like galacus level he wins. demogorge cant just eat people who are near as powerful as himself, there resistant would stop the effect he has to battle and defeat them then absorb him. the people he eats so easily are nothing to him
