Superman flies into the atmosphere carrying a submarine made entirely of secondary adamantium. He tosses it at full strength back at the earth. The following are below bracing for the impact. What happens to each person if dealt with separately

well it's not a particularly massive object and most of the force is being countered by the superheroes below, hence a few of them get pounded by it straight to the earth's core whilst some of the more powerful ones manage to take some/all of the load onto themselves (Hulk just wallops it back into space without fuss).
So Superman throws it to earth then hurries to get hit by the object he just threw down to earth?

If juggs were there his head would be turned into a spinning top and drill stair thru earth into it's core

8.Apoc:Hides under the ground and survives the initial hit but comes out,stubs his toe,trips,falls on a piece of adamantium, and gets impaled and dies

10.Superman:Catches it then throws it back into space where it goes so far it eventually travels into the marvel universe,hits thanos's ship and thanos comes and kicks his kryptonian ass

1. Wolverine: Gets smashed, but his aura (ie. "healing factor") would enable him to survive.
2. Luke cage: Dies
3. Colossus: Dies
4. World war hulk: Makes it job to him like it was WWH all over again.

6. Wonder woman: Survives due to bracers and aegis effect, but will be in bad shape.
7. Gladiator: Survives
8. Apocalypse: Survives due to his powerset
9. The atom: Who knows, he might be able to get so small he travels between the sub-atomic particles of the submarine as it reached Earth
10. Superman: Assuming one Superman threw such an object at a virtually and genetically identical Superman back on Earth, he could probably survive it, but will be in for a world of pain.
Poccy Becomes the size of a building and makes himself as durable as Adamantium and TKs the sub. But gets shattered by the speed of the Adamantium matter which rips Supes to shreds then forms back together and walks away.
I think only luke cage and maybe colossus would die, the others can survive in bad shape and most would regenerate on their own. Atom can survive by doing what jake mentioned and poccy can avoid the damage and phase through it, if he takes the hit he gets wrecked and regenerates.
