DC Earth & 616 Earth merge into one. Wayne Industries and Stark Tech (both at the summit of their reaches and riches) go into partnership, as do their billionaire boffin bosses (and their alteregoes). they decide to clean up the Earth and take the planet's fate out of the hands of mutants and superheroes. for this purpose, they bring together former enemies and rivals - Doom (current) and Luthor (at the summit of his presidential reach).
1) is there any 616/DCU business combine that can oppose them in the market?
2) is there any human genius that can unravel their conspiracy?
3) who is the least powerful superhero/mutant that could successfully thwart them, if they are restricted to tech/feats/magic below sky father levels?
oh and IronBat vs Doom dome, how would that go?

fury, richards, anarky, black panther, banner, phantom, loki, strange, the question, ras al ghul, the ghost, chuck, magneto, etc. would unravel the conspiracy. How they'd decide to act upon it would be a different story.
This grup above could easily match and overcome these iluminatti prep and there are groups of top tiers that could take them down physically too.

Reed Richards' patents made him and his team financialy independant (and rich!) so he might be able to do something about it. Espescially if he tag team with Oliver Queen, T'Challa and Angel.
