Deathlok (Michael Collins) Vs Cyborg (DC)
Each gets 10 minutes to prep their bodies, no outside tech just what they can do themselves. They fight for the first 2 minutes in normal mode (non-bloodlust/Kill mode) if they haven’t beaten each other then they go full bloodlust/kill mode. The fight takes place in a deserted NYC.

Deathlok beats Cyborg on Speed and Accuracy. He probably beats him on Fighting ability as well.
However, Cyborg has him beat on Strength and Dexterity.
I say that if the games gets close range then Cyborg will win but as long as Deathlok keeps his pace and takes him out long-range he can take the win.

That Deathlok is unskilled in fighting but can download a fighting routine thats what the Marvel File said.

He has in the past.
I have quite a few of his comics. His computer automatically calculates escape routs and moves him in the proper manner to evade attacks.
However...he still screws up from time to time.

I don't care for the series character so I didn't follow it.
