Creel gets the basic knowledge of all of his opponents and a small shard of kryptonight for superman...no prep for anyone other then that....and none of the heroes know he has an enhanced intellect.

^ With intellect greater than Reed, Creel has a lot of resources... wrecking ball, air, moisture, Spidey's web, Cap's shield, gamma radiation, arena floor/wall... he would be more formidable than his Earth X version.
That's what I meant, if he's smarter than Reed, he'll have far more options with his powers, and he'll be incredibly effective with them, much more than he usually is.

i didn't think that the order really mattered untill he got to the higher ups....imo metamorpho would be his hardest opponent but with the intellect boost im still leaning toward AM
