MARVEL heroes vs DC villains

Reed richards makes a machine that would transport all Marvel villains to an alternate reality sadly for him that in the DCU the JLA is doing the same. both their machines worked and they got each others baddies

IN MARVEL UNIVERSE:
Spiderman vs Joker: he wants to kill spidey for fun
Ironman vs Lex luthor: lex wants to take over the world
Wolverine vs Deathstroke: someone put a price on wolves head
Captain america vs Ras al ghul: ras wants to wipe out america
Hulk vs Doomsday: do these guys need a reason to fight?
Fantastic four vs Brainiac: brainiac wants to destroy the earth
Silver surfer vs Darkseid: darkseid wants surfers board
Thor vs Sinestro: they want to find out whose weapon is stronger
Punisher vs Two face,penguin and black maskI: they all have formed gangs in NY and puns wants to take em down (on this occasion all three mobsters will team up)
Daredevil vs Catwoman: she stole a huge diamond

One week prep time for every one (they can try to gather info about each other during this time) this is a war not a battle they can use anything weapons,henchmen,friends,threats towards opponents family etc.
There are three ways to win these wars
1. kill your opponent
2. make your opponent give up
3. knock them out and have them imprisoned

Spiderman vs Joker : insane & serious, Spiderman's gonna underestimate him and die.
Ironman vs Lex luthor: lex wants to take over Burger King
Wolverine vs Deathstroke : not Wolverine, therefore winner.
Captain america vs Ras al ghul: Ironman's already done it, more or less shifty

Hulk vs Doomsday: smashing encounter
Fantastic four vs Brainiac: Reed isn't 2nd to Doom for nothing big grin

Silver surfer vs Darkseid: darkseid wants to go home now, it hurts yes

Thor vs Sinestro : Marvel's Wonder Woman ... shifty

Punisher vs Two face,penguin and black mask: they're too lame
Daredevil vs Catwoman : even a blind man can get a hard on!

Joker first deduce parkers secret identity and then kills him and aunt may with laughing gas

Lexies armour is way better tonys and he has more money and hes smarter

After a long battle wolverine severs slades head

Ras has lived maybe even longer than america so has more experience,wealth and all that(did i mention hes imortal)

Supes has beaten hulk and doomsday killed supes

Brainiac too smart and powerful he makes reeds brain seem like puke

OK a guy with a board with desent powers vs a guy with the ability to zap people to who knows where and he has planet of minions

thors hammer could do the trick against sinestro....just maybe

Punisher could take all three of the gangs (none of these mobsters are too smart or well equiped)

Catwoman easily takes it

Final score:MARVEL heroes=3
DC villains=7

Thor vs Sinestro: Thor by combo to KO
Punisher vs Two face,penguin and black maskI: Frank guns these clowns down
Daredevil vs Catwoman: DD stomps on her tail
