I'll try and dig up PM's feat list, but in short he's basically immune to blunt force damage, survived being frozen and cut into many pieces and tossed on the bottom of the ocean, can shrink his body small enough to enter someones ear and "tickle" the brain...

Plus, he was the go to guy against Fernus, the Burning Martian, thanks to his telepathic immunity. But he didn't do too bad physically either... Couldn't really hurt MM, but wasn't hurt either..

Or attack his brain? Like I said, Plastic Man has complete control over his body, allowing him to slip through even the smallest cracks.. He's done it through a block of ice before, and the "inner ear to the brain" attack is something he's actually done.

Even with a healing factor, a direct brain attack should be enough to knock him out. (Even Darkseid was taken out by a simple laser to the brain..)
