Yea. Circe's an immortal who is physically tough (and can amp herself to WW level strength), and if Alice has Fate's and Loki's powers then she'll be flying around at a distance from Loki. Probably use illusions to hide herself too.

Though I think the Spectre might have protections against being jacked again, she has taken his power before.
