Runner can probably go uncounsious for the same reason juggs can.Technically they are both unkillable(although runner is more so)but juggs can still go uncounsious through mindrape.I'm sure there is a certain point at which he can go uncounsious.Being an elder doesn't give an benefits besides immortaility and unkillability... shifty

But oblivion is on the same power level of death so he might be able to kill them because he has that massive of power.DP tyrant doesn't.
