to go with thanos only because we've never seen maestro use anything even remotely simlar to the quantum bands...
On a pure hand to hand with no other powers enlisted I'd still go with thanos... Seeing as maestros opponent in the past was professor hulk... The weakest of the hulks... Though the smartest... Which doesn't gie the best indicator of maestros abilities
