Ozymandias and Batman both pick two partners each and decide to wage in an all-out prep war. Batman's entire Batcave and all of it's contents have been transported to Syndrome's island. Both Reed and Stark's personal labs have been transported to Karnak. Other than Veidt, Wayne, Syndrome, and Stark's company the teams get no outside help. Data gets a Transporter room transferred from the Enterprise, a phaser rifle, hand phaser, tricorder, along with his Starfleet uniform. Both teams have 2 days to prep against the other team. No one requires sleep or rest during the specified prep time but they must eat(excluding Data of course). Who wins?
Team 1
*Reed Richards
*Iron Man
*Ozymandias
Team Lair: Karnak (Veidt's Antartica fortress)
Team 2
*Syndrome
*Batman (Superman/Batman: Public Enemies)
*Data
Gender: Male Location: Balls deep in your cerebral cortex
I need to qualify my answer by mentioning that i know nothing about Star Trek beyond the newest movie.
Gonna go with Team 1 due to having more overall brain power and more engineering skills (though i could be missing something as it concerns Data)... gonna go wiki him.
More overall brain power? Not so sure. I'm pretty sure Data is the smartest one here. Syndrome's tech is better than Iron Man's suits. Batman is better than Ozymandias too although Veidt is smarter.

While Data can easily out calculate any of the opposing team I don't think he is as good at problem solving and thinking laterally as Richards and Ozymandias. I think with prep, team 1 would outsmart team 2 with relative ease and find some way of defeating them without too much hassle. Ozymandias did outsmart what is effectively a God.
Both Stark and Richards are better scientists and could create a better gizmo but Batman is a far better at strategy and adapting to the situation at hand during battle. Not only does he survive against various metahumans without powers but he kicks most of their asses with a little help from Superman now and then. Not to mention he saves Superman's ass from Metallo. You know, the old "doing more with less" argument. He has no official powers or powered armor but tends to outsmart everyone in battle.
Resources/Tech
1.Syndrome
2.Ozymandias
3.Iron Man
4.Richards
5.Batman
6.Data
Batman technically is CEO of a multi-billion dollar company but Richards has a laboratory filled with stuff that'd be more useful here. Syndrome already fills the seources department anyway.
Again, while Data has more knowledge and has a better ability to calculate...He still hasn't shown as much problem solving ability as Geordi did. I certainly wouldn't put Richards at the bottom of that list of intelligence in the films. He can analyse and invent technology to defeat enemies relatively quickly that are specific to his enemies weaknesses. Where as Batman and Stark just invent or use advanced tech that is used as generic against any enemy.
Richards is more likely to build the gizmo but Batman is a much better in-battle strategist. I don't think anything Richards has done can compare to the Iron Man suits.
Combat Ability
1.Syndrome
2.Iron Man
3.Richards
4.Data
5.Batman
6.Ozymandias
Data is hard to rank because his phaser is the best single weapon here by alot. Ozymandias just isn't comparable to the rest of the boys here in this category. He's superhuman, no doubt, but Batman is better physically, and has an arsenal that put Rorschach and Nite Owl to shame. The guy had a missile that KO'ed(albeit for short time) Captain Marvel. He also took Grundy out with a few well-placed strikes. Not to mention displaying nice agility, accuracy, and punking people like Katana, Shiva, and Bane.
I'd put Batman over Data if it weren't for the phaser's wide-setting beams.
