This is a tough one... we dont really know what was Deadpool like before the experiment and what was he capale of. He has more origins than the Joker. Some of them show him as a weakling with no training, others show him as a badass mercenary with mad skills and training even before he got his HF.

Never seen a panel that worthy of dubbing "super strength" for Wilson.

I recall Moonstone as Ms. Marvel breaking (punch or twist, don't recall) Wilson neck. stick out tongue That real super strength in the works.
