Uncle Sam vs The Savage Hulk
ko,kill cis on morality on...
hulk lands in washington D.C. from his giant leap wandering..
ppl freak out and start to scream and run from hulk..
Hulk annoyed tells the puny humans to run...
Uncle Sam sees him and thinks he is terrorizing the good ppl of Washington D.C. he decides to confront him and show the green Goliath the true spirit of this nation's ppl.

He's superman level when he grows. I'm not saying he's as strong or stronger than him, but he's solid top tier. He threw a superman level being to the moon with one throw. I don't see Uncle Sam being as strong as Hulk, but he could BFR him if need be. US for the tough win.
