David Cain vs Bane

1. H2H fight. Bane is not amped and Cain is not drunk and in his prime
2. Cain is hired to kill Bane and is given 2 weeks prep. Can he do it?

1. Cain is a featless wonder. Bane destroys him so far as I'm concerned.
2. I don't see why Cain can't kill Bane with 2 weeks of one sided prep.

He's fought with Batman and Batgirl multiple times each, giving good fights when he's sober. And Deadshot once (won that one).

Not quite, Batman won of course, but he was able to hold his own.

Was it his age? And would you rank Cain A list?

The implication of Cain is that when he was younger, he was the best. He was the League of Assassin's first stringer (back when Bronze Tiger and Shiva were up-and-coming rookies, not yet as great as they'd become), he was one of whom Bruce Wayne sought out for HtH training, trained Deadshot, Ra's gave him carte blanche for a project to make the ultimate assassin twice, etc..

Now he's a bit slower and all, as he's well into his 40s, but still pretty formidable and probably still in the top five assassins on the planet and someone that A-listers take very seriously even now.
