Yea, Doom has Thanos beat in terms of magic. He was taught by one of the best magic users in MU, Morgan Le Fay. He's almost as good as her too.

Btw... This claim that thanos knows magic... What feats does he have in this area? I know warlock is more "magical" in nature but I can't think of thanes as his powers seem cosmic or science based

He's also been trained by Dr Strange among others.

Never said Thanos uses magic spells, but magic ist a auto win since Thanos was outlawed from Titan for using black magic.During Infinite Abyss he explains to Gamora he has been use black Magic and dablbling in the occult for hundreds of years.

I don't recall Thanos having actual magic feats. He mentions on panel that he studied death related magic for years but that's about it. It's anyones guess how he'd match up in a magic duel. Wouldn't it be overkill if he used magic on a regular basis?

Statements mean nothing without thanos actually doing black magic to back it up.

And didn't thanos get expelled from titan for killing his mom?
