Both have 72hrs prep
Avengers base of Operations:Planet Bast
CS base of Operations: New Genesis
No bfr
No Interference during prep
Thor Odinson gets Unlimited hammers from the Dwarfs
Ultraman has Unlimited supply of Kryptonite
Carol is Fully Binary for the Confrontation
Owlman has access to Batcave Gear
Strange is Current

Final Battle location: Grand Canyon

I thought we go by the pic which is just Tony, Carol, Thor, Strange and Panther

with GR it's more close I still take CS 6/10 though, I honestly don't have much confidence in current Thor beating any of the CS member other than Owlman and maybe Johnny Quick

Strange and GR are the big guns but They cannot take the combine forces of Deathstorm, Superwoman, Power Ring, and most of all Ultraman would be the most powerful member of either side

also the links don't work, the sorcerer supreme issue was in the 80s, that was classic strange

and no strange cannot beat most of them on his own, he will get taken out by ultraman on k-nite
