depends on prep time. Martian Manhunter just phases through whatever Magneto throws at him and Wonderwoman's bracelets deflect magic attempts by Doom and she physically wrecks any doombot or anything Doom himself tries to do to her... Give magneto and adamantium disk and doom a day of prep and we'll see.

I think it is bordering spite, but since we are talking about doom, I am willing to give his team 1 win here. Mags is basically useless in this fight. The only chance team 2 has is dooms intellect.
Throw in prep and it is another matter entirely.
