 Mr Miyagi vs the badboy sensei from The karate kid

Ok remember where jackie Chan goes to make peace with the sensei and the students, and before he walks out the sense grabs chan by the arm a little to hard, sure we all wanted them to go at it from there. but lets replace chan with Mr miyagi at that exact moment.

Would Mr miyagi have attacked him after the Sensie grabbing him that way ? or would he have kept it cool like Jackie chan ?
