This is going to be one long-ass fight. As I see it, Surfer can (eventually) beat anyone on team 2, while both Hal and Sinestro can beat either Firelord or Stardust, and Atrocitus may or may not be able to pull wins from them (I'll be the first to admit I don't know enough about Atrocitus, but from what I've seen his most impressive feats are against constructs, so that doesn't help him). The best match-up for the heralds would be:

I don't think that the fight would go down as one on one match ups. The Heralds would work together as a group more efficiently than the Lantern team.
