What 2 Heralds can pull a majority against a team-up of Surfer and Thor.

In the matches, the is brawling along with going exotic.

Who can beat these two?

Remember, only 2 Heralds can be used.

Did I misunderstand your specifications?

Are there two different match ups? Brawling for one and then exotic powers included for the other? Or are you saying there is one match up where they use everything at their disposal from brawling to exotic powers?

I was going to ask for clarification as well...

Also, where is the battle taking place? This is very important as if there is high end tech around, Henshaw definitely has the advantage over Thor or Surfer when it comes down to using exotic powers...
