If Jay is one of the weaker flashes WWH should take this when he eventually does enough collateral damage to hit Jay.

He is just going to keep healing and getting stronger. He is starting off to high a level to just be one shit and put down imo.

I also have zero clue how connected Jay is to the speed force.

He's a weaker Flash, but has done speed steal before.

'Weaker' is also relative - he can go under lightspeed, but that's still way faster than WWH.

Anyway, depends if he can BFR WWH or speedsteal

He van actually except light speed but has to be SUPER careful. Basically only for short bursts because doingnso puts his old heart on too high a rate. So of he does for any serious length of time henhas a heart attack. That's literally what makes him below Barry etc. He has to carefully pace himself to not overdo it and have a heart attack.

But BA also has speed(when BA and Jay was fighting,the world around them was frozen due to their speeds, and sometimes BA has near lightspeed level feat)

And it's a featureless environment in a forum fight, so Jay should only needs to be care about Hulk's claps

In JSA classified 9 Jay was fighting off control of the spear of destiny and pleading with Ted to knock his assbout before he lost control. Not that it names necessarily win here he isn't letting Hulk take him down.
