Personally, I'd give Worthy Juggernaut an even split if not an edge over Superman. If the new Colossus is even half as powerful as this amped up Juggernaut -he hasn't done anything yet- then the team pretty much wreck him.
Worthy Juggernaut has pretty much walked through everything thrown at him, including the best Utopia has to over short of like Legion. Hope had to use the combined power of the mutants just to get his goddamn helmet off and it not only burned her out, but failed to actually do anything to him.
Not only that, but he can fly and battle field removal is no longer an option.
Yeah, he is pretty much unbeatable. Hell, his hammer is even unstoppable. I would give him the edge but even though Colossus is my buddy, he make threads a lil to soon.
I don't have the scans on me, but Uncanny X-men #540-#542 along with the Thunderbolt Fear Itself tie-ins should show you the level the new Juggernaut is operating on.
Would you consider him more powerful than Worthy Hulk? Both seems unbeatable and Hulk is currently taking on the vampire nation and is about to fight Dracula.
Who is operating on a high level between the two iyo?
I think Worthy Hulk should at the very least be as powerful but Juggernaut without a doubt has the better showings. Barring the fight with Thor, he had an embarrassing showing in that Avengers issue. Heck, it'd be a bad showing for a non amped Hulk.
If it's any consolation though, the comic did acknowledge that he got a large boost, and a less powerful team wrecked Count Nefaria who is also at the very least an Elite Top Tier. Whatever, it's Bendis.
Yea, I think Superman would have his hands full with Juggernaut alone. Adding another opponent who is most likely going to be an Elite Top Tier would mean a one sided beating.
Frankly, Juggernaut could just mindrape Superman for the win. Probably wouldn't though, causing destruction and fear is his goal.

I was half joking tbh but he does have the capabilities. I'm not sure if contact has to be initiated but overpowering Emma + Cerebra and forcing her into some kind of trance means he has some pretty damn powerful telepathic abilities.
Frankly, any type of mental/spiritual intrusion has completely failed against the Worthy. Shaman against Attuma, and Veil against Titania would be the other instances.
