Dude let's put it this way, Snowbird solos. Get her off team AF because according to some she's almost skyfather level.
With her out the way it's more of a fair fight, but team AF wins the vast majority. With two speedsters that can fly, a respectable brick, and a competent mage, that's too much variety for team SA to handle.

snowbird is powerful, but there is no way she's soloing the SA; she was modestly impressive in the opening of the new alpha flight series, but was easily defeated by a robot that inhibited her transformation powers. with prep, the SA would do the same.

There are at least 5 Alpha Flight members that might solo. Alpha Flight is an incredibly powered team, I don't know why they would have troubles with a bunch of metas with some streets.
