Thor stalemated him. Warlock beat him, Galactus beats him, Surfer even pulled out a win iirc. Void destroys him whereas Meph can't destroy him.

Do you have scans/context of these victories? Most of the people you mentioned have various powers or abilities such as their divine powers/noble souls which let them survive in Mephisto's realm. Galactus is Galactus. I don't see what Void can actually do to him.

Off the top of my mind, not counting the Thor battle, because I forget the context (unless it's the 'too noble' one)...

Warlock absorbed souls with the Soul Gem.

Galactus threatened to absorb his realm.

And Mephisto threw the Surfer fight.

There's the battle between Strange/Doom vs Mephisto though where they're less than gnats to him, and Mephisto gets his body destroyed by anti-matter only to reform a second later. He's pretty much Void with much higher powers in Hell.

Actually, yes, I'm reasonably certain he can't be destroyed in his domain where he is effectively God. Unless you can prove otherwise? Void hasn't shown the ability to absorb or other siphon souls from Mephisto's realm.

If this is the Thor stalemate, Mephisto didn't really fight him, and here's what happened to his hammer (when Mephisto isn't screwing around anyway, which if Void wanting to be killed is applicable, then Mephisto screwing around all the time sure the hell is):

mephisto cant die in his realm and he has enough raw power to match galactus thats why he resorted to absorb his realm.
im pretty sure with no cis he probably has telepathic powers in there too
