which of these characters can run at 100 percent of their maximum speed for the longest amount of time before falling from exhaustion?

Comes down to Flash Sentry and Makkari. But if this is normal sentry Flash and Makkari should be able to go indefinitely especially if it's Barry. Barry at max speed was stuck in speedforce for a while and didn't age and Makkari can go indefinitely as well comes down to a draw IMO.

well in Rebirth Barry was running nonstop for a relatively unknown amount of time (not sure how much joining the speedforce and relativity affects him in terms of how long he perceived he was there) and he was still going strong and he said he would have basically been running forever so yes I assume so if he was running at top speed doing the same thing Barry would have infinite endurance.
