Hank. He has better burst/launch speed, Hank has strength behind his agility.
Can Hank jump higher than Kurt? I reckon he can.
Though Kurt is smaller and more nimble due to weight. Hank trancends this disadvantage with sheer strength and form.
This is a good matchup. Kurt is an expert swordsman and swashbuckler though so it's a hard argument.
What does Agility mean truly in the end?

1. the power of moving quickly and easily; nimbleness: exercises demanding agility.
2. the ability to think and draw conclusions quickly; intellectual acuity.
I reckon Hank wins both of those two. Especially the 2nd one.
