looking for a movie plz help

hi , ive ben loonig for this movie for a long time now , ive tryed everything and still dont find it, plz help me if u know what the title of the movie im about to describe is ?

its a romantic movie , its about a boy that works in a video store with his friends and one day meets a girl and falls in love with her. he follows her to her appartment and lives in his car(dont remember why lol), then finally starts to know her and she has trouble oppening up to people and then they fall in love and at the end she talks to her rich dad and leaves to go meet the guy at the video store and the movie ends,

i know its not alot of info but any help would really be appreciated
