in general, yes, but not as a detective. i dont see doom seeing past the holgrams or enduring the toxins. remember, dedalus was taking down supers in his prime. beings smarter and more formidable than batgod.

Doom's armor is as standard equipment to him as is Batman's utility belt. I'm obviously not counting Doom's sorcery.

In terms of wits, Doom is superior to Bruce pretty handily.

not sure if it counts but doom willed past purple man's chemically induced will sapping power, and that guy is one of the most effective manipulators in comics (under herald)
