Batman has more feats.
The only thing Thor did was beating up few of the "best trained people in the world", who were not really doing their rang any justice, when he faced them . They should know all kinds of various fighting styles and so on, while he is a brawler from Asgard, yet he took them down, mostly by punching them and then keep running towards Mjolnir. He bothered a little bit with the big black guy, but that's it.
There was not really more we could see. He was tossing around few doctors and so on, but that's not a biggie.
Batman on the other had really studied fighting and had far more fights, against people who were attacking him at once. The prisoners were not that of a big deal, but later on where he faced the assassins and so on, should be better.
He did bad against the Joker, but overall I see him knowing how to take his enemies down better and faster.
It would be still a fairly great fight, because Thor has the superior physique and in the end he could be also able to take more beating, but Batman has the skill factor.
I give it to batman.
