Resurrection Man vs Iron Fist
Kind of making this for a litmus test.
A loss means death, right? And technically, you're bfred or incapacitated in the time it takes to resurrect. So shouldn't it end at the first death?

IMO, no, as Mitch can come back under his own power.
For example, say Superman punches the Hulk two miles away. is that BFR? No, because the Hulk can easily leap back and continue the fight.
Against, say, Mr Immortal, then killing him results in a win, as you can keep killing him over and over. Sure, he'll be back,but he's not going to do diddly squat to Surfer.
Mitch comes back in a very, very short amount of time.

If it took him several hours to come back then yeah it would be a win, but it doesn't. He'll pretty much come back no matter what..even from total destruction, which means nothing short of a cosmic being could actually defeat him here.
