he just has a hammer and shield with a small piece of white lantern energy netting on the inside that reconfigures his hammer into weapons designed to prey on the weaknesses of his enemies per his request, and teleportation.
^ That sure woulda helped when he fought all dem Lanterns.
Regardless, the White Light is literally residue White Light energy, that for some reason is perpetual. It'd be like Hal making a GL energy construct of a net and the thing just perpetually remains for no reason and somebody takes it and shapes it into stuff on command.
I don't see that GL net construct being susceptible to technopathy at all. What does the shield do other than offer some ornament for the White Light to adorn?
just reminded of one of kyle Rayner's friend who lost his legs during one of Kyle's fight. Kyle felt guilty and created construct legs for him but it required the guy to think of them as real legs and use his own will power to manifest and maintain them...
so there is a precedence for constructs lingering especially if you include construct rings that are made for other lanterns to use or when they split off from the main ring
The hammer/shield def looks mechanical in nature just imbued with white light powers. Wonder what part is based of the white energy and what part is just the machine.
