Where would the following characters Tier?

In what tier (Street, Meta, Herald, Trans, Skyfather, Elder God, Cube Being, Abstract, God Tier; with there being a Low, Mid, and High for each tier) would you place the following characters?

1) Proteus (peak power; no weakness to metal)...
2) Kurse...
3) Uatu...
4) Cyborg Superman (after taking over the Watchtower; as he was when he fought Doomsday)...
5) Ego...
6) The Stranger...
7) Void...
8) Depowered Tyrant...
9) Black Celestial Arc Galactus...

1) Proteus (peak power; no weakness to metal)...low skyfather (by the way, Proteus lost his weakness to metal...it no longer exist...HE is his weakness now)
2) Kurse...low trans
3) Uatu...don't know
4) Cyborg Superman (after taking over the Watchtower; as he was when he fought Doomsday)...low trans
5) Ego...varies...at best...mid skyfather to Galactus level...average...low trans
6) The Stranger...don't know
7) Void...High Trans to low Skyfather
8) Depowered Tyrant...High Skyfather
9) Black Celestial Arc Galactus... Elder God
