ulik stomped him and professor hulk stomped him, but he beat rhino when his offense was truly able to damage someone far stronger/durable than he is. the stuff you gave him won't do anything more than piss hulk off, then he hides behind his shield for however long it lasts.
wwh covered a lot of these types of scenarios, for example his healing factor was turned off/dampened twice, got shot with mounted guns firing adamantium bullets, took adamantium handgun bullets to the eye, etc

Depends on how the fight starts. If Frank can sit sniper style waiting for the Hulk to eventually cross his path then one carbonadium hollow point to the skull should be enough. If Hulk knows that Frank is out there waiting to ambush him them Hulk wins. The "gun" Rulk used on Abomination would have been strong enough to take Hulk's head off. I don't see why Punisher couldn't accomplish the same.
Why would Rulk be able to kill Hulk with a gun and not Frank? A gun is just as powerful regardless of who pulls the trigger. If carbonadium works against Wolverine and every other healing factor it's been used against, why wouldn't it work of Hulk? Hulk and Hulk's enemies have repeatedly acknowledged that he can be killed, I don't understand why a sufficiently high powered rifle, loaded with ammunition designed to take out someone with an accelerated healing factor, wouldn't work. Especially against plain old regular Hulk, it's not like the OP stated World Breaker Hulk or one of his more powerful incarnations.
Rulk killed Abomination, with a gun. No gun could kill Hulk.
Ross deployed a whole army equipped with adamantium ammo against Hulk, it achieved nothing.
Yes it will. Hulk has been penetrated by Adamantium, and Adamantium bullets on numerous occasions. Carbonadium will have the same effect and Hulk wont instantly heal from the damage.
Pretty simple.

Since the debates kind of devolved into whether the rifle can even penetrate Hulks skin...
Lets change it up a little bit..
Forget the force field, high powered rifle and bullets. Instead, Frank gets a gun version of Persuaders axe. Basically, it can shoot through anything, no matter how durable, but only leaves a wound the size of a large caliber bullet.
The ammo also has fragments of muramasa in it.
Also, Hulk knows Frank is out there, but at the start he's not exactly sure where, and they're fighting in a populated city. (Yeah, I know I'm seriously gimping Hulk, but lets be honest, if it was a straight arena match Hulk would thunderclap and it'd be over.)
It appears you are looking for ways to make Hulk lose and your attempts isn't good enough. Hulk was getting holes punched through him by Zom...all of his flesh burnt off of him...cooked all the way down to organs and healed almost instantly. None of this is gooe enough. Hulk could lay down and let Punisher do whatever he wants and still pull a 10/10.
