I didn't think DCnU Aquaman had demonstrated telepathy on people yet- and Black Bolt has no-sold telepathy in the past, so it would need to be a significant showing to be of merit.

I like Aquaman, but the Inhuman King is out of his league.

Well, if we're using DCnU Aquaman, I'd agree, but the mental attack is a bit different than a basic Marvel mind attack. He's done it on a White Martian for example.
