A couple of quick notes to clarify the scenario and answer questions before/should they come up. Any intervention on the part of the police/military/SHIELD will be dealt with by Oscorp security and mercs. In other words its super team vs super team. The civilian population has already been evacuated so the Avengers don't have to worry about collateral. Also under the circumstances everybody is willing to kill.

-Goblins gets sniped via lightning bolts. Dead on impact. Bombs wont do crap.
-Doc Ock the same. Metal arms make nice conduits.
-Venom, death by severe electrocution. The symbiotes weaknesses were always sonics and fire. Electricity is advanced fire.
-Lizard gets his head pounded off via aerial swipe or splattered via lightning ground stomp on his head. Or constant lightning burns his flesh into charcoal. Regardless his head is coming off and being stomped underfoot.
-Sandman I already said. Gets tornado'd into the air and released into the ocean. Electrocute the ocean for good measure.
Avengers don't even need a single fatality if Ironman flies em to safety. And with Cap's strageties it's a shoein.
