Cap and Daredevil would not get it done imo Ock showed he new of danger before he was attack because of the arms. He could block the shield and neither one of them could do enough damage to stop ock.

We haven't seen him doing anything, hopefully he will have an epic final battle with Spider-man but going by his current state of health 1 clear shot at his head should be enough to kill him. Also his arms are massive so maybe stronger but slower.

He's done well against low-powered Bleeding Edge Iron Man. Took hits to the head just fine then.
Massive? That depends on the artist I believe. He was fast enough to shut down Tony's armor with that device thing. Standard Extremis IM had crazy reflexes. Extremis+ (BE) incarnation may lack comparable feats in that department, but it should be at least as fast. As seen in his battle with Ock he's quite agile, too.
