The problem with olympus is that although they are described as an elite pantheon in narration or reference in comparison to asgardians they do not have thw feats to support it

I see 2 or 3 that would solo.
Mangog DEFINITELY solos, of we are talking "classic".
Serpent and Midgard Serpent represent serious threats.
It took the death of Thor to beat Midgard Serpent. Since this is not the same as a "win", it can be assumed that an actual victory of the Midgard Serpent would take somebody from the next level, Skyfather, for a possible victory.
The Serpent himself, I don't know. A lot can be assumed. Guessed at.

Pluto Kills Mangog, he nearly killed the stranger when His energy manipulation powers exceeded his.
Nyx solos all the worthy.

Zeus' bird would probably solo a few here it nearly killed hulk
Athena would beat a few here, pak said she can create constillations of stars.
