I give Swagger fight 2 in a stomp. He's pretty much top 5 of all film marksmen.

I don't remember much of Royce fighting in Predators, but Bobby took down his FBI buddy pretty quick, and both of those cops as well. So he's skilled enough.

I don't remember Bobby using a knife though. But considering his extensive military background, he should be at least as good with a knife as he is h2h, because the Military are sticklers for making their guys as deadly as possible with as many items as possible. Especially a sniper sneaking around behind enemy lines.
