Midnighter wins a majority. He has to depend heavily on his speed and getting at chinks in Cage's armor. I'd give him 6.5/7-10.

Midnighter is one of the fastest opponents Luke has ever faced, and has enough durability to take a few full level shots from him. As well as that, his combat computer lets him figure out a couple wins. Maybe pressure points(if those work); holds and locks as Cage still needs to breath and isn't quite as durable on the inside. Etc..

Midnighter has taken down Apollo before. And Apollo is Superman-lite. Keep in mind this was while Apollo knew Midnighter wanted to beat him and was actively fighting him.

The Carrier's pretty big, and while Hawksmoor wasn't at his absolute highest, he was still pretty boss. Midnighter's also so fast that he's the guy they call when speedsters can't keep up with other speedsters.
