Forcing legion to use the power in entire universe to stop him. How's galactus beating him? Galactus however stated that he can't survive crunch energies for long. Entropy>crunch energies.

He did. But remember, TT embodies Entropy-- he lives in it, in fact. No surprise he survived entropic and chronal blasts.

However, Hal/Parallax ultimately killed him with no difficulty with his GL energies... So there's that.

Interesting.

I remembered that scene from way back, but thought it had to do with time-phuckery (i.e. Hal killed him in the future but not the past).

But now looking again at the timestamps and Hal's comments, it's pretty clear.
