Why?
I feel like Starfire has better long ranged attacks and is a lot more skilled but Superboy is stronger and faster. They are about the same durability wise. So I thought it would be a close match.
I agree with the stronger part, but as for being ruthless, Kory is a born and raised warrior who isn't friendly in battle and won't hold back. She's pretty ruthless herself.
Pre-CDnU there was that whole story arc where this one subplot included the Teen Titans (Robin, Wonder Girl, and Superboy) not being capable of physically besting Starfire head on so they lie and sneak out later when she wasn't paying attention...
That was a weaker superboy. The last superboy who had entire kryptonian powerset has gone toe to toe with far stronger opponents. His TTK alone would phuck starfire up.
