Composite Quentin Tarantino Character vs Cinematic Batman Villains

Composite QT character replaces Batman/Bruce Wayne in all of the live-action Batman films(all Tim Burton, Joel Schumacher, and Christopher Nolan Bat-Films). None of the villains are aware said character exists but are still acting in character and performing whatever plot that they were doing in the actual film. Composite QT character is meta-aware of said villains, however, having watched all of the Batman movies ahead time and thus knowing what to expect of them. How does Composite QT character do?

I think the confusion is that no one knows what a "composite Quentin Tarantino character" is exactly.

Is he like a Django-BearJew-Mr.Blonde?

S/He is a vessel for every QT character. S/He has the feats of all of them stacked on top of each other. The guys you mentioned, in addition to the other basterds, Hans Landa, Jules Winnfield, the DiVAS from Kill Bill, all the guys from Reservoir Dogs, etc. If you want to push it if the Bat Villains are going to stomp, you can include characters from Natural Born Killers, From Dusk Till Dawn and True Romance as well.

In that case and if the composite super-hermaphrodite has prior knowledge of every action his-her opponent will do, it seems like he-she can't fail. Can we call the character Rudie?

You can call them whatever you want.

Composite QT character has seen every movie, but that doesn't guarantee that the plot will remain the same in the absence of Bruce Wayne. How will they be able to stop Ra's Al Ghul in BB, for example, without Lucius Fox knowing who the hell they are? Or why won't The Joker just shoot him-her the first time super-hermy kills some of his Arkham mooks?

Rudie then, cos he-she can't fail here.

Cos Rudie will just stomp Al Ghul, the Jokers, Scarecrow, the Banes, The Penguin etc early on. All the Batman films will be condensed down to one 30 minute short, 22 minutes not counting the commercial breaks.
