Usually, it won't really matter. A girl will eventually come along who likes you for exactly who you are, height won't matter.

The male body continues to mature until about 25, then it's all down hill.

You might get another inch or so in, but you should already be past most of your growing. You'll definitely still broaden, though.

I don't think lifting weights makes you taller.

If your growth plates haven't closed yet, you still have hope for getting an inch or two, provided you follow a proper diet, get lots of sleep, and do tons of stretching exercises(for long durations) in the gym.
