Surfer's team, far more powerful and they're too fast for anyone on Thor's team to touch.
WBHulk and Sentry aside, there's no real answer to Surfer, CU, SD or Genis on that team.
Even if Hulk starts out doing HOTM stuff, Surfer, SD, CU and Genis should be able to outpace and phase through the attacks. Whilst they together should have the ability to neutralise his energies or atleast siphon it so that he's more manageable.
Sentry should be easily controlled by Warlock. Strange can be killed instantly and Thor might just end up KOed from a stray punch by Hulk.
