It seemed to me Rhodey just had an inferior suit Stark made with a bunch of conventional weaponry and some extra armor on top.
Iron Man has too many goodies.
And if you were referring to the fight at the mansion I thought Stark won. *kanyeshrug*

I don't think so. Does anyone remember the scene in IM3 when he releases all the women in the sweat shop?
Did he hold out a clenched fist or open palms?
If clenched it means he still just uses bullets. If open then odds are he's been upgraded to Repulsors.

I thought he did have Repulsors? Isn't that how he and TOny made that shockwave that ended the fight? Their repulsors...repulsed each other.
